As a young girl I wanted to be able to provide my family with the same wonderful memories of home. To pass on the tradition of warm bread out of the oven in today’s world, I knew I would have to find a way to make it fast and easy, especially if I wanted my 5 daughters to carry on the same tradition. Over years of study and practice we finally have a recipe that is just that, fast, easy and turns out great every time, not to mention being able to make 50 different things with it. Seventeen years ago I started teaching bread classes. Each of my daughters has helped me teach them. We have now taught several thousand people how to make bread. The flexibility of the recipe makes it impossible to teach everything in a single class, so we decided to make a series of classes allowing them to go to the recipe of their choice for a step by step demonstration. |
